copper gasket maker could probably hold it...that's strange though with the new o-ring.

maybe a worn-out distributor bushing or shaft being sideways it would be easy for the oil to travel down ---ive seen it on other older jap cars ?

O-ring didnt help at all and i installed a custom gasket and it didnt help at all...

did it start leaking around the time it went in? a lot of times it falls out of the groove while youre trying to install it, then it doesnt seal well.

reinstall that biznich. try a little touch of superglue on a few spots around the gasket to hold it while youre dropping it on the head. dont slather it on, just a few little drops.
