Hello, I have a 1998 Civic HX with auto transmission. I am in the process of replacing my transmission and was wondering is there a special transmission fluid for this model? The transmission has the cvt and I was told I might need a special fluid for it. Went to the dealer and the tech guys didnt know what they were talking about they kept asking everyone else and they just said to buy 3 HG(Honda Genuine) automtic transmission fluid atf-z1 quarts. Do I only need 3 quarts or more?
