Well, how much power are you making or do you plan on making? If you're still around stock, I would just go with a stage 1 clutch. Make sure to stick with reputable brands.
Yes, there is a break in period of ~300-500 miles. This is meant to be city driving. The reason for this is because in city driving you engage/disengage the clutch a lot more. During the break in period you want to stay out of the higher RPMs and when you are you using the clutch you always want to slip it, so no dumping the clutch until it's broken in.
