I have an aftermarket radio already, but I have no clue how to remove the dash... It looks like it's stuck onto it.. I'm a noob in this, so, please be patient with me even if you think this should be a piece of cake. Thanks

That whole piece should just pop out. You'll have to go to the store and pick up a bracket. I don't know how to get that big piece out though. And bye the peice i mean the cd player and the thing below it.

found instructions. don't worry about it having prices and all (that's for the actual cd player). there are links under each product to installation instructions.

You have to go in from underneath the actual radio/ac housing.
Unscrew the screw holding it in (i think there are 3) and then pop it out. Then you have to unscrew the radio from the housing. But yea you do need to get a fit kit check out best buy or somewhere like that.

I went to a local audio shop, and they claimed that it's super duper hard to install aftermarket radio on 7th gen civic... Is it true? or is he just bluffing so I can buy service from him???

He just wants your business.
It took me 5 minutes to get everything out, then more time to solder all the wires together.
