Definately invest in some visual deterants, like people have mentioned. The Club would be a wise choise, since ******** have attempted to steal it several times. Also, just make sure your sister removes ANYTHING of value from the car. Take out the stereo, hide any spare change etc. Of course none of this stops the drunk guys from busting the window out for the hell of it. In all honesty, I would seriously find a different place to park if I was your sister. Does she know anyone who she could rent garage space from that's nearby? How about any storage garages nearby that she could rent and put the car in? If not, just try to park in a very well lit area.
