Your map sensor will be fine, I think it is a 11 psi they max at. And I doubt the internal wastegate will be 11+, probably closer to 6-8. If you want more bars out of your map, get a gm map, 2 bar map sensors are good for just under 30 psi and can be had for relatively cheap, or aftermarket sensors can be bought too.

Have you checked through the turbo kit sticky of parts you need and may want?

Yeah thats what i thought. Between 10-11psi.

CVCR Yeah I've looked at many many turbo FAQ's lol

Does there need to be a gasket between the turbo and manifold? i've heard that some people just run it with no gasket and have no problems.

Go and buy like a sheet of gasket and cut one. You don't want any leaks and metal on metal isn't a perfect seal.

Today i threw on the DIY sold mounts that i've been working on. Came out pretty good.
Turned it on for the first time in like a week lol... and thats when i realized that i still had half a tank of gas in her...
It sucks. lol that means im gonna have to go waste the gas and throw the front bumper back on and make a trip down to the gas station.
I was planning to just leave it on stands untill i got done with the install..
