What do you mean by front and back? Windshield?

IMO, I would stick with one percentage so it doesnt look like some of the windows are darker/lighter than others

 

yeah, windshield. That 5 inch band on the top of the front, and the whole rear which is very bubbly right now. Meh, call it 35% all around and be done with it, I suppose.

 

O ok. I thought you meant tinting the entire windshield, which I have seen done before.

Peeling tint off is such a PITA, so make sure you like what you pick. The shop doesnt have any pieces of glass that are already tinted showing you what it looks like? j/w

 

It's side work for a friend of the guy who rebuilt my engine, and he works at a dealership so I doubt they have samples unless he wants to show me the car lot, lol. And yeah, I tried peeling some off myself but that **** sucks.

 

At the tint shop now. Looks like it's gonna be 15% on the rear windshield, 15% on the back windows, 30% on the front windows, and 15% on the front windshield eyebrow. Sounds strange but I saw it on another car and it looks good.

 

Hours later, the tint looks GREAT. I didn't realize how ****ty the tint on the back had gotten until I saw how clear it was with the new stuff. It's SO great to be riding with matching tint instead of a purple eyebrow, mixed 50% and 75%, plus one green window.

Lucky! You would be pulled over pretty quickly in my area for that. I miss tint

Finally found and bought a stock EX header and downpipe. Last piece of the puzzle is a stock catalytic converter, then I get to make a trip to the exhaust shop.
