PHAT BOYS FTW. Don't worry I don't mind if you pick up a set for yourself, they are just so tight. And my fogs are ebay foglights, glass, they were like $70.

Well after thinking about it I think I'm going to swap a b instead of turbo my d come summer. I'll probably go b16 route, I don't have plans to turbo the b so I don't really want an ls. Should I buy the b16 through a jdm site or try and find one on craigs? The ones on cl just scare me cause you don't know if it runs or if it runs well or how much mileage, where as a jdm engine you usually get either a 14 or 30 day guarentee it'll run plus I'll know it's a low mile engine. Any suggestions? Also what all do I need besides the engine, harness, ecu, axels, and motor mounts do I have to order like Hasport mounts or will my ex mounts work, I know I need a t bracket for the back mount. What sucks though is I need an obd2 B16 since I still have emissions, cut off is only 95. I'd do the obd2-obd1 conversion and get my car chipped but I'd have to change it to obd2 for emissions.

And for my tow hook update: started working on it today at school, change of plans as I am now using 3/8" steel for it, got the center hole milled out to 2.5", so Monday I'll cut the rough outline and sand it to what it needs to be. I'll have it done Tuesday at the latest, maybe Monday. Paint it purple (ftw) and have it on by the end of the week! Can't wait! Front hook coming next?

I'm also of thinking about converting my interior to black. Only thing holding me back from wanting to do it is laying the new headliner and buying new carpet, almost $200...

Lastly I'm going to the salvage yard tomorrow, see what I can find. Not really on a big mission just looking for a few things. I want a Civic emblem for the grill, new door speaker covers so I can cut mine I have atm to see if it looks okay if a circle is cut to show the speaker, seats if I can find some nice teg/del sol seats, front and back bumpers, highly doubt it but 99-00 tails, another valve cover, and basicaly anything else I find that I could use or make money off of. I'll post up whatever I grab tomorrow!

Eh, b16's aren't just that, eh. If you don't plan on boosting and you want b series, go b20. Your EX mounts won't work. You could probably get a set of mounts from a 99-00 SI since you have the same chassis as it.

Just do what I did to my interior, convert it all to dark gray. Just re-wrap the headliner, and paint the pillars to match the rest of the interior.

Do what you want with the "Civic" sign in the grille, but IMO, I don't think it'll look good. Most everyone already knows it is a Civic, even without any badges on it. Do what you want though, just make sure you can take it out later if you change your mind.

Are you thinking about cutting circles in the front door speaker grills, or the back??? And for what reason?? I wouldn't want to have people looking into my car seeing the upgraded speakers and everything. You might as well make peep holes for your trunk so people can see the subs and amp as well as the speakers :/ (if or when you get them)

Edit: Bored, I was looking at more things you would need for the swap in addition to what you mentioned above.
Shift Linkage, Alternator, Starter, Clutch, Flywheel, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifold, Fuel Rail, Injectors, dizzy (pulled straight from here - http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30005 - that's the OBD1 version though)

Thanks. I'll be sure to look them up within the week. Kinda stressed out about my car. It's a big project but I'm happy that I have my own set of wheels to get me around.

I'll look into painting the interior more eventually. And for the Civic emblem I want to put eh "Civic" offset in the gril, I'll use some 3m tape or whatever. The reason I don't have mine anymore is because when I debadged my car, I put the Civic emblem just sitting on the girl to see what it'd look like. It looked really cool so I took a pic and sent it to a friend. Well I had to run to advance to get somethin and my smart *** left the emblem in the grill, so I lost it somewhereon the way to advanced lol. And for the speaker covers if I don't find any at the junk yard I won't really pursure getting any further than that, I just want to try out cutting them to see the speaker, but we'll see.

Dude, black zip ties. That's how mine is on. Looks great, can't really tell. It'll never fall off.

Ah good idea... that 3m double sided tape stuff isn't as good as people portray it to be, I've tried it many times. From mounting someones neons to holding part of my lip. Used rubbing alcohol to clean the surface and they still don't hold very well.
