i drive a 1995 5th gen 1.6i SR vtec, my car was making unusual noises, i took the heat sheil off of the manifold and i found that it had a large crack in it and it is blowing, so i think it is now time to put a performance header on as i will be marrying it up with a cat back system in the near future.
i am wondering
1. what is the best one to get.
2. where is the best place to buy it.

I had the same problem. It is a known defect.

 

DC sports from http://www.funkypower.co.uk expensive uk price's! Or get a megan racing or japspeed (same as each other) from ebay. quality is there and its cheap!
