hey, i am looking for a cool air intake for my '03 civic ex. however i dont want to spend too much money. it doesnt need to be top of the line just not a pos. also i am looking for a new exhaust but dont want it to sound obnoxious. can anyone throw some suggestions at me.

replace filter with a better one

 

and get a Stainless exhaust with a resonator and a muffler that has a silencer.
