It could be low compression like leaking head gasket, the throttle body was trying to make an adjustment…(??!!)

Got it fixed today by cleaning every sensor that I could find on the car, and also using Seafoam.

It was a dirty sensor and the one I suspect was the speed sensor on the A/T. Although I did clean every other sensor and switch I could see s I cant be certain
