Default ecu fried cel code 20

i was letting my car idle today i havent drove it for a while and after a while it just shut off. so i tried to start it and it wouldnt start then a cloud of purple/pink smoke. so i un bolted it made sure the car was off then got it out of the car opened it and it fried it. this is on my d16z6.

i had an extra ecu laying around and it says i have a code 20 CEL

which is Electrical load detector does anyone know what that means exactly is it a short somewhere or what?
