belt was a bit wet, it stopped its on there pretty good

it started squeeling again the belt is on there tight what could it be it doesnt squeel all the time its usually only before 2000 rpm and sometimes at idle

You probably need new drive belts or possibly a new idler pulley.

Remove all the external belts and spin each accessory pulley by hand. They should be almost silent. If you don't find anything obvious, start the engine with the belts off. It could still make squeaking noise from that end, meaning it is something related to the timing belt such as the water pump or tension roller.
