Default need some advice on electrical problem

I have a 98 Honda Civic HX with an aftermarket stereo. It seems that my car has had electrical problems ever since I got it in August. At first, it was only minor things like the drive light not coming on on the dashboard or not lighting up the gearshift, etc. Now it's gotten to the point where the stereo itself doesn't work, and the blower motor has stopped running. It still works somewhat because the windshield is defrosting most of the time, but the rest of my windows are fogged all the time. I have a feeling it has to do with the stereo wiring being botched, but I don't know anything about wiring and want to make sure it's done right. My question is how much would it cost to get that rewired correctly by a professional? If anyone knows of a specific wiring problem it could be that would be helpful as well. Thank you in advance.

Also as a side note, I just got the blower motor itself replaced about six months ago, so I'm hoping that it's not the motor again, I'd think it wasn't likely.
