help wilh 94 civic si b16a jdm turbo build
I’ve been drivng my 1994 civic si w/abs/4 wheel disc stock with a b16a jdm swap 170hp, have a ls s80 trans. 16lb flywheel, stage 2 clutch, apexi vafc controller, p28 chipped ecu with skunk2 chip, 4-1 header, 2.5” exhaust, most everything is stock but what I mentioned, I have the power steering and a/c in tact and running as well for about 10 years now, and I’m ready to increase my hp, I do not want to spend a fortune, but I would like reliability for everyday driving, not monster hp needed maybe 260hp-300hp.
What would be the cheapest most reliable complete kit (super charging or turbo charging) I can buy today, and what extras would I need to make it perfect?

Supercharging the B16 will not get you above 225 without pulling apart the motor and replacing things with performance parts (higher cp pistons, camshafts, etc etc). If you want that amount of power, look into piecing together a turbo kit.
You will also have to buy a different chip for the ECU. I would recommend a Hondata S300 if you plan on tuning yourself, or whatever your tuner would like to use if you plan on taking it somewhere to be tuned.
How much money do you want to spend on this?

i would like to do it all for $1000, but ill go up to $2500, turbo kits sold on ebay, are they any good?, some say complete kits for $650, but i was planning on adding on a apexi turbo boost controller, have not priced them in a few years, but i figure $200. i would like to have a quality reliable turbo, maybe one that has both oil and coolant cooling, bolt on piping, inner cooler, and will allow my A/C and P/S to remain.

wtf are you talking about? luxury? you mean his p/s and a/c? he CAN keep those if he goes turbo...
and about the ebay turbo kits - everything in them is supposed to be "decent" (not good, but decent) EXCEPT FOR the turbo itself AND the manifold. I've heard stories of the turbo's holding up, but I wouldn't trust it. I'd just spend the money and get a nice one. The manifolds are complete **** however. the welds crack and they basically fall apart.

To add onto what Shandles said about eBay stuff. I have also heard of oil lines failing rapidly causing a huge mess, not to mention possibly damaging your turbo and or engine.
I would highly suggest to piece a kit together with brand name parts. Check through the Turbo stickies in the Forced Induction section for a complete list of what you need, and could possibly want for your turbo kit.
