Need help on my 99civic Turbo!
Hey guys,
i just bought a 99 civic ex 2 door with a turbo setup. Its a garret thats stamped with m24 and ar/33. An engine shop put new izuzu? pistons in it that didnt change the compression much but lowered it a little and put new valve springs in it with stock crank and stroke. Not sure about the cams. Wont run and just fills the cylinders with gas. Needs computer programming?
