how to install these lights into my honda civic 96?

if possible picture or video instructions! btw i was thinking to take to a mechanic but i'm afraid they would charge against my pocket!

I'm not 100% sure, but those really don't look like they should be or can be used as headlights....or even blinkers.

Yeah, exactly where are you trying to put those lights? If outside, they might not be street legal.

install the front bumper

i'm trying to put those light right between under the front bumper where the holes are

Poor S2k looks like it has buck

but ok, now it makes sense what you're trying to do lol. Do you want to be able to trun them on whenever you want? or when your running lights come? or something else

what would u suggest me to do, what is the easiest wat to make this happen, when running light or whenever? if possible whenever since it eats a lot of power right?
