Default Need Some Advice!!!

I've got a 2003 Civic LX. Looking to get some new rims/tires, looking at 17". I also want to lower my car as well, but I'm not sure what sizes of tires/rims to get and what suspension to get, and how much of a drop I should get.

If you guys could assist me, that would be amazing. A couple of my buddies suggested these springs Megan Racing Lowering Springs Honda Civic 2001-2004 2002 2003 MR-LS-HC0104. Are these good? Is there something better that could lower me more? I don't want to spend the money on coilovers.

THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!!

PS: I attached an image of my car.

well if you lower your car about 1.7'' then i think 17" wheels should be fine but for anything pass 1.7'' then you might have to ether get low profile wheels and rims or just 16'' rims. and about the magen racing springs, mine r coming in in about a week so if you can wait till then i can tell you in about two? lol (sorry not that much help on the springs bro kinda in the same spot as you)
