Supercharger is belt driven off the engine, turbocharger is driven by exhaust gasses

supercharger produces instant power, but takes power to make power
turbo doesnt produce power until higher rpms when the exhuast gases spool it, and turbo doesnt take power away from the engine to produce power.

Meh. I'm probably just another CL douche too, but I usually just post on there that the first person who can put the money/trade in my hands is going to get whatever I'm selling/trading. That would have been a rad little piece of hardware to have around though.

I wouldn't have a problem if he said, "First come, first serve." I figured that meeting up with him 16 hours after we made the plans would have been a decent time frame. It isn't like I had him waiting all week.

Oh and BTW, I was planning on buying it, and turning around and selling it immediately for profit. I already have one installed on the car

Alright.. moving on now.

A big portion of the "little" things (t-belt, gaskets, seals, etc) will be in tomorrow. Pistons should be here next Monday, and no tracking number on the rods at this time.

Also, I went ahead and ordered the Toga Oil Pump I needed from www.horsepowerfreaks.com. I really couldn't find it elsewhere. Good guys over there

Lastly, the guy who sold me the block PM'd me and said that the shipper sent it back to him as the address was "bad". He went ahead and confirmed the address and sent it back out. Hopefully this will not hold me up too much.

Yea, he PM'd me already. I am still waiting on the block to arrive at the house!

I am an idiot and ordered piston/rod pins from hondapartsdeals.com since they were not mentioned in the ebay listing for the pistons. Well, got the pistons today and whaddaya know? Pins were included. Anyone need a set by chance? If not, oh wells, they were only like $50. Can't get too upset over something like that.

Rods came in today, too.

.......sweet.

Other than that, this past weekend included a cleaning overhaul on the car. Friday night was pulling the windows out and cleaning/lubing up the tracks. Windows are working like new again.

Saturday was an engine scrub down, exterior clean, and an interior vacuuming session.

Sunday I ended up pulling the center console and seats and using this carpet/fabric cleaner. Actually worked a little better than I thought since the carpet around where the seat rails are against it were stained a rust color. Yuck. Now it is a seriously less obvious stain. haha

I also pulled the front bumper off on Sunday, cut the pass side fog bezel bracket (I will post pics when I can to show you why I cut it up), and attached some window screen on the back side of the fog bezel to make it look less like two gaping holes.
