I know I need to drop it, but I'm holding off for several reasons.

1. I want to do it right and that means not cheaping out. I can't afford to do it right at the moment.

2. Arkansas is VERY hilly. The cities of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Jacksonville are all full of hills, twists, turns, etc. Those are the cities I frequent here in central Arkansas. The roads are bad too. Pot holes everywhere. There are so many driveways that go up hill, so many that go down hill. I've dragged my front lip several times at stock height. I'm almost afraid to drop because I could rip parts off the car.

do a .5" drop with H&R OE Sport Springs.. you won't even need aftermarket shocks (I would still get them though... maybe some KYB GR-2's or Tokico Blues.)

And you gotta take dips at angles.

well for the front bumper plugs i would take them to the front of the bumper and with the bumper off the car use some plastic epoxy and pour it thru the holes in the back and let dry. i wouldnt use hot glue since a high pressure car wash COULD rip them off and send them flying! regular epoxy would also work but id think the plastic epoxy might stick better.

I know I said there would be no more updates for awhile, but it looks like I may be getting my rear disc brakes on the car Tuesday...

Maybe...

wow, looks good. How many cans of paint did you buy for the whole job? I'm thinking of doing the same to my car.

For the side skirts, lips, and handles: 3 rattle cans base, 2 rattle cans clear, 1 rattle can adhesion promoter.

For the mirrors, fog bezels, and grille: 2 rattle cans base, 1 rattle can clear.

Today is rear disc brake day. I'm supposed to be up at the shop around 8:30am to meet up with Daniel and the guys for the install. They say it could take around 4 hours or more, depending on whether or not I need to have my rotors turned and if my pads need to be changed out, and depending on how long it friggin takes to bleed the brakes then realign everything. I sure hope we don't run into any snags.
