Hobo's 2000 LX daily driver
It really looks that clean until you get up close and look at it. The paint is a little lighter where there was no paint left before. You can't really tell unless you're looking for it. I was surprised at how clean it was.
Still can't find an Si rim. Been looking all over. I don't want to pay $155 for a brand new one. Suckage.
I also changed my mind on the whole 4 door Si angle. I don't want to have to cut the roof off and swap on the sunroof from an EX model. I don't want to screw with the cluster, swapping all the little lights over to amber, changing the front brakes, swapping all the suspension, and swapping to a DOHC engine. SOHC FTW!
Looks like I'm pulling a Chris on this project. Can't decide where it's going. I just know that it's going somewhere. I've been thinking about supercharging it for the hell of it. My compression is good but I've got some valvetrain noise. Otherwise the engine is healthy. The biggest problem is the auto transmission. I'll either have to drive safe or swap it to manual.
