Battery light not coming on suggests the alternator / ignition circuit is not powering up. Check for power to the black and yellow wires at the alternator and distributor. Probably a blown fuse or broken wire.

Edit: Looking at the diagram, really suggests something related to fuse #24 under the dash.

what is the ELD unit in the fuse box. im not getting power out of that green and red wire. am i suppose to? ive got power going into the ecu but for some reason it doesnt seem like anything is coming out?

Hey where is the #24 fuse.I found 23 but can't find 24. And would this fuse cause it to turn kver but not let the fuelpump work or keep it from sparking?

thank you soo much. i found that fuse and it was bad so i replaced it and the car started right up. your a life saver!!!! =]
