The one labeled HAZARD (for hazard lights) in the main fuse box.

On the threaded side that goes inside the cylinder? If so, you may have a bad cylinder. Check the mechanical timing and then compression test the cylinders.

i still can not get it to show the code. when i have the key in the on (II) postion my dash lights do not come on and neither does my clock but when i put the key in between on (I) and on (II) i can get them to come on and the ecu will blink once does that sound like ignition

Yes that is a problem. The dash lights (oil, battery, and BRAKE if the hand brake is up) should be on steady in (II) with the engine not running. If you can make them come on by jiggling the key around, the switch is bad.
