I might get mine sandblasted and powdercoated if I ever get the money. My local place does it $25 a rim to powdercoat, $20 to sandblast all 4.

Grinding the caliper won't affect anything. Soooo many people do that, you have to to fir hx rims on ex/si and a lot of people do it. Nothing wrong with it. And I love the little mini white wall at the center fo the tire lol.

OBNOXIOUS COLORS. So amazing, matching is lame, and blending in is for losers, make people look at your car and wonder why you'd go with such a random color.

Scott go with ugly things for your car, don't insist others do it. You think cvc doesn't like randomness too? Have you seen his interior?

Haha, Thanks for the suggestions guys. The Thomas the Train interior will most likely be changing back (except the headliner/sunroof cover). The inserts on the doors and center console are getting dirty and sun faded. I tried cleaning the center console with this fabric cleaner stuff, and it just spread the dirt around while stripping the color. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted and I can live with just the headliner being done in Thomas stuff.

-Either that, or the reverse of what you said, Silver with the circles black. Good idea.

I meant obnoxious colors like black with a lime green lip that would match my engine mounts. That's all I can come up with. I dont think I could pull anything else off given that the car is only half painted. For some reason, green just keeps coming back to mind when I do think of colors for them

This is the another color I am thinking about. I don't think it would look good since my car is only half painted right now though.

Update: I should be meeting back up with the guy who sold me the wheels to grab a passenger side skirt off of him. Sweet!

Started sanding the inside of the wheels last night and picked up a set of side skirts today. I will post up some pics tonight if I don't end up going out.
