Hobo's 2000 LX daily driver
I didn't use any loc washers on mine. They don't have them from the factory. At most id say after your sure you have the right amount of washers on it then take it out and put a drop of medium loctite on it. And that's at most I would do. I didn't use anything and they never losened up. I sent you 1 bolt with the seal, for the upper control arm so you can take that one to hardware store and find a bolt that's ruffly 1/4 w 1/2inch longer so you won't have any downtime.
Got the hood seal from Marcus installed. Reinstalled my Password: JDM hood dampers. Also aired up my tires. They were down to 30 PSI, brought them back up to about 48 PSI. (Spec on these tires is 51 PSI max.)
Also been craigslisting all of my spare parts. Picked up all the leftovers from my parents garage lol. I need some cash and the extra space freed up is a bonus. This time around, if it doesn't sell, it goes to the dumpster. I don't have time to hold on to all this junk anymore. The old engine is also up for sale. I don't have the money or time to rebuild it.

48 psi?! That has to be such a ****ty ride... I set mine to 30, at the dealership we do all our cars to 32/34 depending on the season. You are going to have a lot of inner and outter edge wear on those tires from over inflation.
I popped the fan housing back together and haven't seen leaks yet. I'll monitor it and let you guys know.
back quite a few posts, the oem sedan grill is indeed disgusting, you might wanna check out the 99-00 coupe grill. I replaced my type r grill with the 2dr and paint matched it, looks very classy in my opinion, fitment for sedan is perfect.
So... not much going on lately. My lazy *** never got around to doing the washer trick because the tire was already ruined. I haven't rotated tires in about... er... 8000+ miles? Well, the wear pattern on the right rear has continued and there is now feathering on the right rear that you can both hear, feel, AND see.
I got my oil changed today as well. Switched to full synthetic since I'm at 4200 miles on the new engine. They also rotated tires. This means that the sh!tty worn tire is now on the right front. It's AWFUL. The noise is bad and the vibration is worse. I'm getting a quote on a new tire ASAP. (At least I'll have a full size spare?)
Other than that, not a lot else has changed. The CEL is still on because the aftermarket cat is no good. The OEM one is in the back seat but I never got around to putting it back on. Since no one ever sits in the back seat, it sort of became a trash can...
Yeah, that's me not caring about this car so much anymore. I don't know if I'll ever have the same interest in it.

I just found out that to run a high flow cat, you need an o2 defouler to avoid CEL. donno if yours is a high flow, but it would still apply, and will not mess up your a/f ratio. Not sure how strict your inspection is there.
I got an angled defouler on auction for 15. the angled ones are better supposedly. Have not installed the cat yet though so can only convey hearsay.
I copied your Si wheel idea, I think they look classy on a sedan and will fill in wheel gap a bit.
You put a lot of work into your car, dont give up on it, I looked at the first half of your project thread consecutively for the first time, your interior looks pretty awesome.

Mine isn't high flow, just aftermarket OEM replacement, but I havent been able to find a defouler that fits.
There are no inspections here, which is part of the reason why I've just let the CEL sit.
